Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

We collect: your name, email address, and phone number when you register. Payment transaction records (amounts, timestamps, provider reference numbers — not card details). Network usage data (connection timestamps, data volume — not content).

2. How we use it

Your data is used to provide the Service, process payments, send account notifications, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Payment processing

Payments are processed by Azampay and the respective mobile money operators (Vodacom, Tigo, Airtel). We receive confirmation of payment but do not store raw card or mobile money credentials.

4. Data retention

Account data is retained while your account is active and for 24 months after. Network usage logs are retained for 12 months. Payment records are retained for 7 years for accounting compliance.

5. Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your account by contacting us. We will respond within 30 days.

6. Security

Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. Data is transmitted over HTTPS. We do not store payment credentials.
