1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Inker Unifi Wi-Fi service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Use of service

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service to transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.

3. Payments and subscriptions

Access is provided on a prepaid basis. Payment is processed via mobile money (M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, or Airtel Money). Once a subscription is activated it cannot be refunded. If you experience technical issues preventing access, please contact support within 24 hours.

4. Network usage

You agree not to use the Service for activities that consume excessive bandwidth, interfere with other users, or violate applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend access for violations without notice or refund.

5. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription period.

6. Changes to terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
